Single piece casting weight varies between 100 gms and 2 Tons at our works and upto 5 metric Tonnes in associate foundries (contract manufacturing). Our foundry operation offers an integrated range of facilities, from pattern making through to the machining of the finished casting.
 

Melting is carried out in three modern medium frequency induction furnaces. The company also has a range of core making facilities which include resin, silicate, shell and furane processes. Both floor moulding and machine mouldings capacities exist to handle the moulding activity. Mould-making facilities include green sand, silicate, shell, resin and furane processes. The moulding shop provides a floor moulding capability using both fixed and loose pattern equipment.

Tight process controls are exercised, which cover scarp section, chemical and mechanical testing and clearly defined process procedures. The company sets high standards for products and processes and is ISO 9002 certified.
